The walls are adorned with mirrors to reflect the ocean scene all around you at every angle.

Ithaa Undersea Restaurant

While some restaurants work to make you feel like your miles below the surface, Ithaa Undersea Restaurant is the first all-glass undersea restaurant in the world. It resides 16 feet below sea level, giving guests a stunning surrounding of water and sea life with a 180-degree panorama. Also located in the Maldives, it boasts fabulously fresh lobster and caviar.

Clear Lounge

Now here’s a slightly different take on the bar world. This bar, located at Puerta Maya in Cozumel, Mexico, offers an underwater oxygen bar experience. Children ages 8 and up may also join in, as this bar isn’t for drinking liquids. It’s for inhaling fresh oxygen. Games for all ages including bubble guns and Jenga are available. The fun only lasts 30 minutes at a time, but to be able to live and breathe underwater without any tanks is priceless. The catch for this is that you must be in good health to join in.

Al Mahara

Dubai is home to some of the most beautiful sights in the world so it’s no surprise they have a gorgeous underwater-themed restaurant. Al Mahara is the epitome of luxury, with wall-to-wall aquarium surrounding pampered patrons. As expected, the seafood here is divine.

Aquarium Restaurant

Even those in land-locked states can get a taste of life under the sea. Aquarium Restaurant has several locations in the US – Nashville, Colorado and Texas. I’m not big on going underwater, I can hardly swim, but these take drinking to a whole new level. I can imagine an underwater bachelor party, that would be one for the books #onceinalifetime
